Who Are We?
Between us, we bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in the pet care industry, along with a deep understanding of what makes dogs happy, healthy, and well-behaved.
Jools spent more than 20 years running a successful cat-feeding business in Brighton & Hove, while Jules, originally from Cape Town, managed both a thriving pet-sitting business and an events company. Together, we’ve built Who’s Walking Who? – a loved and trusted service in Whitstable known for its professionalism, reliability, and heartfelt approach.
Our mission is simple: to help dogs thrive and to give their owners total peace of mind. We don’t just walk dogs—we form real connections with them, understanding each one as an individual. From lively group adventures to gentle introductions for shy pups, we offer safe, secure and well-socialised sessions in private fields that are used exclusively by us—no shared spaces or unexpected dogs.
We believe in doing things properly:
