If your dog is not castrated, please let us know in advance. This information is important to help us manage group dynamics and avoid any unwanted issues between dogs.

We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellations made with less notice will unfortunately be charged.

• Morning collection starts from 8am.
• Afternoon collection starts from 11:30am.
• Drop-offs at our house are between 8am and 5pm only.
• On average, your dog will be out with us for 2.5–3 hours.

• Please ensure your dog has been out for the toilet, as they may be in the van for up to 45 minutes.
• If your dog suffers from car sickness, please avoid feeding them beforehand. A £10 cleaning fee will apply if needed.
• If you require a specific collection or drop-off time, let us know the evening before so we can plan our route.

We invoice in arrears and kindly ask that payments are made promptly.

We do our best to run on time, but delays on the road can happen. If we’re running significantly late, we’ll always let you know.
